- Réalisation, mark-ups, revues & validation des PFDs et P&IDs des installations, avec le support du Bureau d'Etudes pour le volet DAO ;
- proposition de modifications et d'optimisations pour améliorer les performances et la sécurité des installations ;
- Rédaction des notes de description process et de fonctionnement des installations ;
- Rédaction des analyses fonctionnelles, littéraires et synthétiques des installations, dans leurs divers modes de fonctionnement, pour assurer les performances attendues en sécurité ; identification des dispositifs et modes de contrôles à mettre en place en phase de conception pour les assurer ;
- Réalisation, en lien avec le service QSE, des matrices causes effets et des logigrammes de sécurité ; participation, sous l'angle Process & Controls, à la définition des philosophies de sécurité ;
- Participation aux revues AMDEC et aux plans de continuité d'activité ; réalisation des études de disponibilité ;
- Participation aux revues de conception en phase AVP des installations et aux différentes revues Safety (HAZOP & LOPA) ;
- Eventuellement, prédimensionnement des tuyauteries gaz et calculs des pertes de charges dans les conduites ;
- Revue des livrables d'exécution Process & Controls des sous-traitants & participation aux tests et à la mise en service:
- Revues, analyses et VISA des livrables et plans d'exécution des équipementiers et des contractants travaux (lots tuyauteries et électricité/automatisme notamment) sous l'angle Process & Controls (plans, schémas, notes de calculs, analyses fonctionnelles, dispositifs de sécurité, procédés, etc.), sous la coordination des chefs de projets ;
- Participation aux réunions de clarifications avec les équipementiers, sous la coordination des chefs de projets ;
- Participation aux revues de conception ; Rédaction et/ou revues critiques des procédures de tests en usine (FAT), de tests sur site et de mise en service
- Participation aux phases clés de FAT, SAT et mise en service, pour assurer la conformité à la conception et aux bonnes pratiques industrielles, en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles.
**Participation au référentiel technique interne**:
- Conception & réalisation d'outils de modélisation des procédés pour une meilleure compréhension et analyse du comportement de nos installations, dans une visée d'optimisation ;
- Constitution d'un benchmark des solutions de nos équipementiers sous l'angle Process & Controls, à des fins de comparaison critique et dans une logique d'amélioration continue ;
- Proposition d'éléments de conception, méthodes, équipements, architectures techniques, etc. innovantes.
- Respecter et appliquer les consignes de santé, sécurité et environnement sur le lieu de travail

Issu(e) d'une formation d'Ingénieur (BAC+5) en Génie des Procédés,
Vous possédez une expérience globale > 10 ans, dont une majeure partie dans la réalisation et le pilotage d'études Procédés dans le domaine de l'Oil & Gas, notamment en tant que Lead Procédés.
Vous avez activement participé aux différentes phases de conception, d'exécution et suivi des tests & mise en service, ainsi qu'à des revues de conception et des revues safety sur vos projets.
Vous disposez d'une connaissance approfondie et concrète des éléments, méthodes et bonnes pratiques relatifs aux contrôles des procédés, à l'instrumentation et êtes en mesure de vous interfacer aisément avec un expert en automatisme.

La société Wellington est née fin 2020, en pleine crise Covid. Soucieux des enjeux de demain, notre volonté était donc d'unir nos forces malgré un contexte compliqué, et créer une société moderne, agile, capable de s'adapter à un environnement en totale mutation.
