Dans le cadre de son développement, elle recherche un(e) Responsable Business Development H/F. Poste basé à Strasbourg (67).

Rattaché(e) à l'Associée Responsable de la Région Est, vous contribuez directement au développement commercial du Cabinet dans les régions Alsace, Lorraine, Champagne-Ardenne et Franche-Comté.

Votre rôle porte sur l'ensemble des métiers de notre Client, à savoir l'audit, le consulting, le financial advisory, le risk advisory et le juridique & fiscal et concerne tous les acteurs des régions adressées qu'ils soient issus des secteurs public ou privé.

Vous avez pour missions:

- Définition, coordination et animation du plan de développement commercial de la région en lien avec les associés et managers de tous les métiers audit et conseil : identification et suivi des programmes de ciblage, organisation/animation de réunions commerciales, suivi commercial à l'appui de notre CRM (reporting et mesure des résultats) ;
- Soutien commercial du management group : coaching individuel et animation de « formations / training » sur mesure ;
- Prospection commerciale : détection de leads et opportunités commerciales ; qualification des projets ; gestion des demandes entrantes postées sur le web ; prise et/ou participation aux rendez-vous ; suivi des leads jusqu'à la phase de pré-vente ;
- Représentation externe et réseautage dans les cercles et événements de la place ;
- Participation aux conférences de DELOITTE, suivi des contacts et transformation commerciale ;
- Participation aux propositions commerciales stratégiques (coordination et suivi, aide sur l'écrit, training oral) aux cotés des associés et managers ;
- Animation des partenaires et des prescripteurs ;
- Participation au recrutement des participants pour nos événements, nos Clubs et les programmes soutenus par DELOITTE (ex BMC) ;
- Veille active de l'écosystème, des clients et des cibles (opportunités, appels d'offres,) ;
- Mise en avant des offres conseil et audit de DELOITTE et élaboration de supports de vente (pitchs).

**Votre profil**:
De formation supérieure commerciale (de type ESC ou master), vous bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée (10 ans minimum) en développement commercial et si possible en marketing dans une société de services, idéalement en cabinet de conseil et d'audit, SSII, banque d'affaires.

**Les qualités requises**:
Vous avez un sens prononcé du développement commercial et un bon relationnel. Vous avez développé une connaissance approfondie de l'écosystème entrepreneurial des régions concernées.

Vous possédez une appétence pour les métiers de notre firme.

Dynamique et disponible, vous faites preuve d'organisation, de rigueur, d'adaptabilité et de réactivité. Une grande autonomie et polyvalence sont nécessaires.

Vous avez une grande conscience professionnelle et le sens de la confidentialité.

Maîtrise des réseaux sociaux souhaitée.

Maîtrise de l'anglais nécessaire.

Poste basé à Strasbourg ; des déplacements sont à prévoir régulièrement sur l'ensemble de la région et au siège à Paris.
