Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager to join our team at Scouts et Guides de France. As a key member of our national development department, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and financial aspects of our organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and grant management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, email management, and phone calls.
  • Oversee the financial management of our resources, including budgeting, financial reporting, and grant management.
  • Coordinate with our national development department to develop and implement strategies for supporting our groups and territories.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our partners, including institutional and financial partners.
  • Contribute to the development of our organization's overall strategy and policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration and finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
