MISSIONS :
Rejoignez notre équipe de Commercial passionnés pour développer au mieux vos compétences professionnelles.
Vous serez en charge d'assister à la gestion des groupes hébergement, en coordination avec notre responsable Banquets et de notre coordinateur groupes, et, en support pour l'équipe commerciale pro active (en charge des comptes)
Vous reporterez à notre Responsable Banquets et à notre Directrice commerciale
Tâches principales :
Gestion des demandes groupes (plus de 10 chambres) hébergement et incentive (hébergement & banquet) : prise de réservations, annulations, modifications, facturation, prix, contingents, visites, passations en interne Coordination avec notre Responsable Banquets : vérification de la disponibilité, envoi de propositions, suivis, contrats, factures proforma, point avec la Comptabilité, etc. Gestion et suivi de toutes les réservations de groupes en collaboration avec le département commercial (organisé par segment & marché géographique) Suivi de la mise à jour des systèmes Gestion des systèmes groupes internes à Marriott International Analyse de la concurrence Participation aux 'sales blitz' Marriott International Gestion des rapports mensuels et Analyse régulière de la concurrence et des tendances du marchéProfil recherché :
Ecole hôtelière est un plus Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Maîtrise de la langue anglaise Connaissance du logiciel hôtelier Opera Excellentes connaissances des techniques de vente par téléphone Travail en équipeQualités requises :
