If you are currently a student enrolled in a university program in the areas of Marketing, Communications, Business or another relevant subject and are looking forward to gaining insight and experience into the world of digital marketing in a leading international organization, this is a great opportunity to join us and support our global marketing team.

This paid internship will focus on various marketing activities ranging from digital marketing to events, partner marketing and content creation.

As a Field Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Field Marketing Manager by assisting with various tasks and initiatives across the France and the Nordics. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing, learn from professionals and contribute to meaningful projects.


Requirements

• Native French speaker, Fluent in English

• University student with a strong interest in marketing

• Willing to commit up to five days a week for a period of at least 6 months

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).

• Able to work independently, manage workload successfully and prioritize tasks according to the importance of them.

• Friendly but assertive with effective communication style and a can-do attitude.


Essentials, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Localizing relevant corporate contents (from English to French)
  • Regular research and support for digital events as well as assisting with event logistics and registrations.
  • Work on internal and external communications (emails, newsletters)
  • Create innovative content for social media: copywriting posts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and design, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Managing our brand online: French website and social media
  • Assist in planning and coordinating regional marketing events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Benchmark and competitive intelligence of the market and our competitors
  • Help create marketing collateral, presentations, and materials to support regional campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
  • Able to create videos, animated gifs, infographics is a plus
