YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Job description We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead our growth in France on a permanent contract, driven by our mission to improve urological health.
You will be joining a human-sized French team motivated by the development of digital therapies and will be required to work regularly with our teams in Berlin and Munich.
Tasks and responsibilities Your main tasks and responsibilities will includeIdentifying new market opportunities, monitoring trends in our sector and anticipating its development
Establishing strategic partnerships in the healthcare sector (e.g. pharmaceutical groups, mutual insurance companies, digital clinics, etc.)
Design and implement digital marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Kranus Health in France and generate qualified leads
Working with our marketing and sales teams to align our development objectives with the company's overall strategy
Support the French Director in various strategic projects
Our subsidiary is expanding rapidly, so this list of tasks is not exhaustive. There are many other projects that could be assigned to you.
YOUR TOOLKIT Profile required This job is for you if:
You have more than 3 to 5 years' professional experience, including a first proven experience in a similar position within a start-up company.
You have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, with a strong ability to define, monitor and achieve objectives.You are able to analyse data and draw conclusions to guide strategic decisions.
You are a self-starter, able to manage several projects in parallel and work with diverse international teams.
You are passionate about innovation in healthcare and new technologies, and want to contribute to the development of digital therapies in France.
You have an excellent level of written and spoken EnglishProficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office) is required
