Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur.e Engineering Team Leader H/F basé.e sur notre site d'Obernai dans le cadre d'un Contrat à Durée Indéterminée.

Missions

Dans le domaine de la protection électrique du bâtiment, vous assumez le management hierarchique d'une équipe de développement logiciels embarqués de 10 personnes en charge de l'amélioration de produits existants ou du développement de nouveaux produits, systèmes ou solutions.

Vos responsabilités :

- Manager des équipes de développement logiciels afin de développer et améliorer nos produits de protection électrique.
- Superviser le domaine d'activité du développement logiciel, planifie, établi des priorités, défini les responsabilités au sein de l'équipe, programme, réparti et contrôle le travail
- Encadrer une équipe de 10 personnes en assurant le développement des compétences de son équipe et du métier en général.
- Fixer les objectifs et assure le management de la performance.
- Veiller à ce que les politiques, les pratiques et les procédures soient comprises et suivies par les membres de l'équipe.

Profil :

- De formation Bac +5 d'Ecole d'Ingénieur ou Master dans le domaine de l'électronique ou du génie logiciel, vous possédez une expérience confirmée dans le management d'équipe et êtes familier avec les méthodes de développement logiciels embarqués.
- Vous disposez d'une appétence pour le management d'équipe.
- Vous maîtrisez aussi bien le développement en cycle en V que le développement en mode agile.
- Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre leadership, vos capacités à donner du sens et de la vision, et à accompagner le changement dans un environnement en constante évolution.
