We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Excellence Senior Manager to join our team at Hager Electro SAS. As a key member of our Engineering function, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and technical excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Engineering Excellence, focusing on technologies, competencies, and practices.
- Build and lead a network of experts to drive expertise management and knowledge sharing.
- Consolidate and deploy strategic initiatives on materials and sustainability, driving business growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement improvement roadmaps for tools, methodologies, and competencies across the Engineering Application Centers.
- Lead and monitor the definition of key priorities within the function, defining associated improvement plans.
- Manage a team of leaders to implement defined roadmaps and drive business results.
- Master's degree in an engineering field.
- International experience and a strong sense of multiculturalism.
- Proven experience in engineering and transverse operational management, particularly in product development.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset.
- Data-driven and problem-solving oriented, with excellent analytical skills.
- Fluent in English, with French and/or German a plus.
