We are seeking a seasoned HR Executive to join our team at Hager Electro SAS. As an HR Executive, you will play a critical role in shaping the human resources strategy for our Group Manufacturing division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with the business objectives of Group Manufacturing.
  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver HR initiatives and contribute to the success of the division.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement organizational structures, talent management programs, and HR processes that support business strategy.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to business leaders, ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in HR, including operational HRBP, international experience, people management, and project management.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; German or French language is a plus.
  • Ability to foster change within a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to set priorities in a complex and ambiguous environment.
