Mission

Rejoignez-nous et intégrer l'équipe « Sales & Marketing » pour supporter le lancement de notre produit IA et le développement de notre activité à l'international, en tant que :

EVENTS & CONTENT MANAGER

1. Superviser des évènements médicaux

  • Assurer le bon déroulement de l'organisation des congrès : construction du rétroplanning annuel, suivi du budget etc.
  • Gérer l'ensemble de la logistique relative à nos participations aux congrès
  • Garantir notre visibilité au travers d'une communication impactante : production des supports, design du stand, communication digitale etc.

2. Gérer la communication internationale

  • Conduire la communication patient et produit (avec pour premiers enjeux majeurs les marchés allemand et italien)
  • Construire notre plan de communication / calendrier éditorial
  • Produire nos contenus de communication (print et digitaux)

3. Co-construire des stratégies marketing

  • Déployer des stratégies d'inbound marketing et d'acquisition de leads
  • Initier et organiser différents événements à destination de nos clients (user clubs etc.)
  • Optimiser l'impact de notre communication via la construction et le suivi de KPI

L'activité communication est en développement : vous aurez un impact sur la construction des bonnes pratiques et, le cas échéants, l'identification des partenaires externes.

Paris intra-muros, attention portée aux besoins de confort et d'équipement, possibilité de télétravailler

Profil
  • Diplômé.e d'une formation supérieure en communication, marketing, commerce et/ou scientifique
  • Avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en gestion d'évènements et communication / marketing
  • Une maîtrise des outils de création et d'édition est indispensable (Adobe, Canva etc.)
  • D'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français comme en anglais sont nécessaires ; la maîtrise de l'allemand est un plus
  • Rigueur, autonomie, créativité et mentalité orientée résultats et résolution de problèmes sont des qualités essentielles pour le poste
  • Capacité à voyager en France et à l'international
