Dans un contexte technique concurrentiel où la moindre seconde compte, Linamar Saint Chamond s'inscrit dans un développement de nouvelles lignes totalement automatisées et robotisées pour la fourniture de pièces usinées complexes liées aux nouvelles solutions d'électrification.
Dans le cadre du lancement de 5 nouvelles lignes pour un client reconnu du monde automobile (74 machines automatisées, 34 robots), nous recherchons un:
**Alternant Technicien Automatisme/Robotique (H/F)**
Rattaché(e) au Superviseur Robotique et automatismes, vous serez formé(e) dans un premier temps aux standards de programmation de nos lignes automatisées, afin de répondre au mieux, dans un second temps, aux missions suivantes:
- Développer et être force de proposition pour l'amélioration et l'optimisation de l'automatisme sur nos lignes de production existantes,
- Etre acteur(trice) sur le développement, l'installation et la mise en route de nos futures lignes automatisées, sur notre site de Saint Chamond, intégrant du développement d'automates, de robots et d'interfaces homme - machine.
Votre expertise et votre curiosité vous poussent à rechercher, proposer et développer des solutions afin de répondre à des problématiques posées par des processus industriels (communication entre machines, gestion de flux, trajectoires robots,).
Vous avez un bon niveau technique, vous avez des connaissances concernant l'automatisme (Grafcet, logigramme, programmation), et l'anglais technique.
Les connaissances du logiciel TIA Portal et la programmation robot FANUC seraient un plus.
Méthodique, vous êtes passionné(e) par votre futur métier et vous souhaitez vous investir dans une équipe motivée.
