About our client
Our client, a multinational FMCG company, operates industrial activities in Africa.
Job Description
The role involves the following responsibilities:
- Assist in defining the company's Strategic Plans
- Lead organizational change, manage projects, and provide strategic support for key initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior executives, offering advisory and analytical assistance.
- Oversee company governance, including the Board and management teams.
- Prepare reports for executives and the board.
- Identify M&A opportunities in the market, assist in due diligence, and post-integration processes.
- Drive the Sustainability Agenda in Africa, engaging with various stakeholders to meet targets.
Desired Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting or a reputable multinational company, preferably at the Associate or Project Manager level
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of motivation and curiosity.
- Strong team player with humility and active listening skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Ability to develop strong partnerships
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficient in English and at least a good command of French
- Willingness to travel regionally (minimum 20% expectation).
