**Description du poste;**

En tant que **Property Manager Technique chez MyFlexOffice**, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la promotion de la performance au sein de notre espace de travail. Ce poste exige un engagement fort envers la **responsabilisation, l'autonomie et la flexibilité**, afin de soutenir un environnement de travail innovant et dynamique.

Vous aurez pour responsabilité le développement du service technique, la gestion, la maintenance, l'entretien, la modernisation et la mise en conformité des espaces MyflexOffice.

**Missions;**

Maitrise et connaissance des espaces à votre charge, de toutes les installations techniques et non techniques de ces espaces (CVC, Electricité, contrôle d'accès, système vidéo, électroménager etc )

Assurer le suivi de l'état général des espaces en collaboration avec les intervenants sélectionnés.

Faire le lien le cas échéant avec les gestionnaires / property managers des bailleurs (ou les bailleurs directement s'il n'existe pas de gestionnaire/PM) dans le but de régler les problèmes relevant du périmètre bailleur.

Faire remonter au responsable technique et à l'asset manager tout problème technique majeur qui pourrait entrainer une insatisfaction forte des clients ou mettre la sécurité des espaces à risque.

Assurer le suivi qualité des prestations rendues au client de l'entrée dans les espaces à la sortie et tout au long de sa vie (EDL, onboarding, installation et suivi des prestations réalisées par des externes etc )
- Assurer le suivi et le traitement des demandes clients via le système de ticketing
- Assurer un CR parfait de l'ensemble des évènements intervenants sur les espaces dont il a la charge.

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplômé(e) d'une formation technique, vous justifiez d'une solide expérience dans la gestion
- technique et la maintenance des locaux.
- Vous êtes capable d'échanger avec des interlocuteurs très différents.
- Vous avez le sens du client et du service.
- Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, organisée et avec le sens des priorités, capable de traiter un grand nombre de sujets en parallèle.
- Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances d'Excel, de la suite office et est prêt à utiliser des nouveaux outils de gestion de projet.
