Aujourd'hui, nous souhaitons faire croître significativement notre pôle SEA / Paid Media. Nous recherchons un(e) Head of SEA / Paid Media expérimenté(e) pour piloter cette expansion et contribuer activement à notre succès.
**Description du poste**:
En tant que Head of Digital, vous aurez la responsabilité de définir et de diriger la stratégie globale des pôles Paid Media, SEA et SEO. Votre mission principale sera de superviser et de guider les team leaders de ces pôles pour garantir la performance et la croissance de nos services.
**Vos principales missions**:
- **Management de l'équipe de production**: Superviser l'ensemble de l'équipe de production, incluant les pôles Paid Media, SEA, Social Ads, SEO, rédaction et technique.
- **Développement des compétences**: Développer et renforcer les compétences transversales des membres des différents pôles, en assurant une montée en compétences continue.
- **Support aux team leaders**: Encadrer et soutenir les team leaders des différentes équipes, en veillant à leur fournir les ressources et l'accompagnement nécessaires pour atteindre leurs objectifs.
- **Optimisation des performances**: Suivre et analyser les performances des différents pôles à travers les rapports des team leaders, proposer des axes d'amélioration et garantir l'atteinte des objectifs fixés.
- **Innovation et veille**: Se tenir informé(e) des dernières tendances et innovations du marché pour adapter et optimiser les stratégies en cours.
- **Collaboration interservices**: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements de l'agence (contenu, développement web, etc.) pour offrir une stratégie digitale cohérente et intégrée.
- **Gestion des relations clients**: Participer aux échanges stratégiques avec les clients, en collaboration avec les team leaders, pour s'assurer de la satisfaction client et de la réalisation de leurs objectifs.
**Profil recherché**:
- **Expérience**: Minimum 7-8 ans d'expérience dans le digital, avec une expertise avérée en SEO ou en Paid Media, et une expérience significative en management d'équipe.
- **Compétences stratégiques**: Capacité à développer des stratégies digitales globales et à superviser leur mise en œuvre.
- **Leadership**: Excellentes compétences en management et en leadership, avec la capacité de motiver et d'inspirer les team leaders et leurs équipes.
- **Compétences relationnelles**: Aptitude à communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les team leaders et les autres départements.
- **Analyse et reporting**: Fortes compétences analytiques pour évaluer les performances et formuler des recommandations stratégiques.
- **Avant-vente**:capacité à monter sur de gros appels d'offre et longues propositions commerciales pour supporter l'équipe sales
- **Langues**: maîtrise parfaite du français et un très bon niveau d'anglais sont indispensables
