Dans le cadre du développement du groupe, Gilson International France, Unité Commerciale et Centre de services prenant en charge la commercialisation, la distribution et le service de l'ensemble des produits Gilson sur le territoire français recrute un Customer Support Coordinator dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité.
L'équipe du service client est le point de contact privilégié du client au quotidien. Leur mission est de fournir en permanence un excellent service à tous les clients en gérant efficacement leurs commandes, leurs demandes et leur relation avec notre entreprise. Nous fournissons une assistance exceptionnelle à nos clients externes ainsi qu'à nos clients internes au sein de nos organisations de vente et de service. Grâce à tous les processus que nous appliquons, nous nous efforcerons de satisfaire ou de dépasser leurs attentes.
FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES
Sountenir le service commerciale et la vente :
Fournir un soutien exceptionnel à la clientèle en coordonnant et en répondant efficacement aux questions des clients concernant l'état des commandes, la disponibilité des stocks et les prix.
Développer une connaissance technique de base des produits et des procédures et être capable de fournir un support technique de premier niveau.
Créer de nouveaux comptes clients et mettre à jour les comptes clients existants dans la base de données.
Mettre à jour le CRM avec les informations pertinentes
Soutenir le processus de devis en utilisant notre système CRM
Gérer les appels d'offres publics et privés
Traiter les commandes reçues par téléphone, fax, emailing, web sur Gilson ERP.
Effectuer les achats locaux pour les tiers et le matériel de bureau.
Gérer les commandes en attente et les litiges de facturation
Gérer les demandes de renseignements et les plaintes des clients dans notre système CRM
Effectuer le recouvrement des créances
Respecter les procédures opérationnelles standard, les règles de sécurité et les certificats de qualité définis.
Transmettre les attentes du client à tous les services concernés de Gilson afin de garantir la satisfaction du client.
Support technique :
Gestion du service après-vente des pipettes (devis, redémarrage, facturation)
Organiser les déplacements professionnels des techniciens de service. Soutenir la planification et la facturation des services sur site
Soutenir les clients, les responsables commerciaux et les équipes de service pour les interventions sur site
S'impliquer dans les stocks annuels de pièces détachées et les inventaires tournants
Soutenir les activités qui ne sont pas énumérées mais qui sont de nature similaire à celles énumérées ci-dessus, sur la base des exigences commerciales ou à la demande de la direction.

Maîtrise du Pack Office
Fonctionnement de l'ordinateur/compétences en matière de saisie de données
Excellentes compétences en dactylographie
Maîtrise de l'anglais (lu, écrit)
