Vos missions sont:

- **BUSINESS**:
o Prospection et développement de périmètres clients grands comptes et ouverture de nouveaux comptes.
- Gestion de besoins, de l'identification des solutions jusqu'au closing, en passant par la gestion des réunions de qualification projets.
- Participation à l'avant-vente technique chez les clients/prospects, aux appels d'offres sur les projets à engagement de résultats et aux propositions techniques et financières.

**- MANAGEMENT**:

- Management RH des consultants et à terme de l'équipe commerciale.
- Pilotage financier de votre centre de profit.
- Ingénieur(e) ou diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce, vous aimez relever des challenges et réussir dans un contexte fortement concurrentiel grâce à votre pugnacité et à votre capacité à fédérer et animer des équipes.
- La connaissance du secteur et du marché IT est un plus mais pas obligatoire.
- Très habile en communication, bonne capacité d'écoute, d'argumentation et de négociation capacité à parler en public.
- Rigoureux, autonome et pragmatique avec le sens de l'objectif.
- Dynamisme, sens du relationnel et force de proposition seront vos atouts pour réussir pleinement votre mission.
- Vous souhaitez être rémunéré(e) et évoluer en fonction de vos performances, afin de prendre des responsabilités de coaching commercial.
