Job Description:
- Define functional specifications based on business & commercial needs to drive the strategy
- Contribute to roadmap of shared platforms (SFMC, DAM, CMS) including Taxonomy, framework and governance for Digital Factory to deliver, and support hubs in the transition and adoption
- Set up a worldwide governance to share guidelines, golden rules, best practices, tools, ways of working to;
- empower Global & Hubs Brands & eCommerce teams in their strategies & optimization
- Responsible for Global offers & campaigns (where/if needed), new product launches & activations (i.e Resort, Flight+Hotel, Gift Card) as well as their commercial development and visibility online; in partnership with Digital Factory
- Manage, develop and motivate direct reports; in charge of appraisals, development and succession plan
- Foster a culture of sharing, trust and recognition

- Digital Factory Direct Web Teams
- Global Brands Teams
- Regions eCommerce & Brands teams (ICP + Channels)
Qualifications:
- Business degree and >10 years international work experience
- Min. 5 year work experience in eCommerce and digital Marketing, preferably with experience in travel Industry
- Deep knowledge in web distribution
- Proven track record in managing team, and working in a matrix environment
- Strong leadership skills, collaborative working mode
- Proactive, result driven in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication & networking skills
- Analytical skills and targetoriented attitude
- Fluent in English + ideally other EU language
