DESCRIPTION DES MISSIONS
- Assister à la gestion du planning de contenus éditoriaux permettant la mise en avant des campagnes et événements de la Maison
- Récolte des contenus (images, vidéos, textes, ...) auprès des Chefs de Projet parcours client et traitement de ces contenus en amont de l'intégration : reformatage des images sur Photoshop, respect des guidelines d'accessibilité...
- Intégration des contenus et création de pages sur les différentes plateformes (Europe, US, Japon, Asie) dans le respect des délais prévus
- Assistance quotidienne et opérationnelle de l'équipe E-commerce Content pour l'animation et l'intégration des contenus via les CMS dédiés
- Assurance de la qualité des contenus intégrés sur le site via une recette régulière des différents sites et reporting de bugs éventuels via la création de tickets
- Intégration des optimisations SEO
- Expression de besoin et suivi d'évolutions du back office nécessaires à la contribution
- Gestion et mise à jour de notre section News : création et mise à jour d'un calendrier dédié, récolte des contenus auprès de l'équipe Communication, création des news et enrichissement de la section
- Gestion et mise à jour du Store locator : réception des demandes de mise à jour des boutiques, à destination du store locator et mise en place des modifications
- Benchmarks concurrentiels.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Méthodique et très rigoureux(se).
- Autonome et très organisé(e), vous savez planifier et respecter un planning.
- Vous savez anticiper, prioriser et traiter les urgences.
- Vous êtes proactif(ve) et capable de proposer un plan d'action en cas d'urgence.
- Vous êtes capable de piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle et des interlocuteurs issus d'équipes très variées.
- Vous avez une première expérience dans l'intégration de contenus et savez échanger avec des équipes techniques.
- Vous avez le sens du travail d'équipe et êtes force de proposition.
- Vous faites preuve d'un très bon sens de la communication.
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement l'Anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral.
- Connaissance de Magento, SFCC et Photoshop appréciée.
- Une première expérience similaire dans le secteur du e-commerce est souhaitée.
