Notre équipe ressources humaines recrute un(e) HR Business Partner en CDD pour une durée de 7 mois minimum pour un remplacement dans le cadre d'un congé maternité. Vos missions : HRBP - Interlocuteur privilégié des managers et des collaborateurs d'une BU totalisant 170 personnes, vos missions sont les suivantes : - Accompagner les collaborateurs et les managers sur les sujets ayant trait à la gestion opérationnelle et quotidienne RH avec le support des services internes d'Hardis Group (service formation, recrutement, administration du Personnel et Paye, juridique) et externe (médecine du travail), - Accompagner et apporter un soutien aux managers dans le management et la conduite des relations avec leurs équipes pour expliquer et donner du sens aux décisions stratégiques et organisationnelles - Gestion des cas individuels et des entretiens de départ - Déployer au sein de l'entité les priorités et orientations RH autour de la gestion des talents, de l'engagement, du développement, du bien-être au travail, de la reconnaissance (...), - Conseiller dans le respect de la législation sociale, du Syntec et des politiques internes Hardis Group, - Analyser et synthétiser les données issues des principaux processus RH (Entretiens de performance, entretiens professionnels, entretiens de départ...) pour proposition de plans d'action - Piloter le suivi de ces plans d'actions individuels et collectifs, - Intégrer les nouveaux arrivants : animer les sessions d'accueil RH et suivre les périodes d'essai, - Participer à la communication et à la vie de l'agence de Lyon Pilote / contributeur de projets RH : - Piloter l'animation de nos partenariats écoles groupe : Animation des réunions mensuelles de suivi avec les responsables de partenariats écoles - Contribuer à différents projets liés à la rétention et au développement des collaborateurs - Contribuer à la construction de formations pour les managers dans le cadre de notre Hardis Group Academy Gestion de la communication RH : - Création de supports (Présentations, visuels, vignettes, Accompagnement de l'équipe RH dans la réalisation de ses communications (aide à la création des supports, relecture) - Faire le suivi éditorial des différentes communications RH lors des réunions RH mensuelles
