Job Summary
Amplifon, a global leader in the distribution of hearing solutions, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Lyon, France. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our retail business in the South Region, providing expert HR guidance and advice to our managers and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and teams in the South Region, focusing on recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business results and improve employee experience.
- Collaborate with our retail business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license.
