Alternative Credit est la plate-forme d'Investissement de crédit alternatif d'AXA IM. Elle gère plus de 57 milliards d'Euros d'actifs et exerce ses activités depuis trois bureaux : Paris et Greenwich, aux Etats-Unis. L'équipe regroupe près de 100 professionnels. Plusieurs familles de produits sont traitées : les prêts à effet de levier (Leveraged Loans), les prêts directs (Direct Lending), les actifs titrisés (CLO, ABS et private Financing), les titres assurantiels (ILS), les Fonds de Fonds

Basé(e) sur Paris, au sein de la plate-forme Secured Finance et en grande proximité avec les gérants de produits titrisés, vous avez pour mission d'assister les gérants sur l'ensemble de leurs missions principales.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Assister les gérants dans l'application du process de gestion et valorisation des fonds/mandats
- Couverture des risques de change des portefeuilles
- Gestion quotidienne du cash et appels de marge selon les process en vigueur.
- Gérer le process des fonds à capital call
- Préparation et production des données de reportings clients et internes mensuels/trimestriels
- Préparation/Validation des reports avant envoi aux clients
- Attribution des performances.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients internes et externes
- Automatisation (VBA, SQL, R, Pyhton) et documentation des process
- Aide et suivi de la bonne fin des opérations : Suivi en 2nd niveau de la bonne fin des opérations auprès du MO/BO.
- Transmission des documents nécessaires aux contreparties : KYC/AML, listes de signatures autorisés, documents d'incorporation
- Suivi de la tenue de positions Front office : être l'interface principale avec Operation sur ce sujet
