As a key member of the Group Chief Underwriting Office, you will be responsible for establishing and driving profit and growth through Product Underwriting Strategy, Portfolio Design and Technical Underwriting Excellence in partnership with the AXA Entities.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a key contributor to embed a common Portfolio Management Process (PMP) across AXA to drive technical excellence.
- Collaborate across functions to execute on the PMP "North Star" incorporating Cycle Management.
- Work closely with Group Underwriting, Group Tech, Data and Operations to implement Portfolio Management capabilities globally.
- Partner with Group Risk Management to support entities in granular allocation of capital components.
- Influence and stakeholder Management within matrixed complex and international set up.
- Proven experience within insurance pricing and with core actuarial and data science concepts.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience programming in Python/R, PowerBI and SQL.
- Proven Portfolio Management experience.
- Proven experience interacting with Senior leaders.
- Fluent English.
