ABOUT THE ROLEWe seek a Business Development Manager to be based in France, helping drive continued growth across the region.

You will be responsible for developing and managing business development and sales activities, working closely with EPAM's clients across the region.

You will understand the nuances associated with the latest platforms, architectures and digital technologies along with how they align with EPAMs capabilities to deliver strategic solutions to our clients.

You will focus on driving cross platform sales from prospecting through bid closing; developing new relationships and driving continued growth of EPAM's solutions.

ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully sell Digital Transformation and technology delivery solutions using a consultative approach for Sales Revenue TargetsLead cross-functional teams in executing a business development plan and strategyMaintain a pipeline of new business opportunities within the client portfolioRecord client interactions promptly and clearly in CRMDevelop deep knowledge of EPAM's solutions and go-to-market strategiesOversee preparation of business value propositions and responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIsCollaborate with EPAM partners to effectively position services and drive opportunitiesDemonstrate teamwork, self-motivation, and strong organizational and communication skillsThrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict timelines, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersRequirementsProven experience selling bespoke digital technology solutions and a track record of selling end-to-end servicesFrench language skills and knowledge of the local market are required for this roleDemonstrable track record of identifying and closing new businessExperience working with 3rd party partners to build shared propositions and leveraging co-selling opportunities to enhance pipeline developmentA leader with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individualsExtensive experience and comfort operating in a highly entrepreneurial environment, coupled with in-depth knowledge of delivering bespoke engineering solutions.
