Au sein de la Division Cyber, vous intégrez le Value Center PROTECT. Aux côtés du Product Manager en place, vous prenez en charge le développement du produit Protect Device, dont les objectifs sont les suivants :
- En centre de services ou via nos collaborateurs placés en assistance technique, assurer la protection des Endpoints permettant l'accès aux SI de nos clients grands comptes (workstations, serveurs, OT, smartphones et tablettes, IoT).
- En lien avec d'autres équipes de la division Cyber Sopra Steria, apporter du conseil et de l'expertise cyber sur la thématique des Endpoints, depuis la protection « By Design » et la couverture du risque lié aux menaces connues, jusqu'à la détection de signaux faibles et la remédiation d'attaques utilisant les Endpoints afin d'atteindre leur objectif.
Votre rôle et missions :
- Vous gérez un ou plusieurs services (ou solutions) couvrant tout ou partie d'un domaine fonctionnel ou technique au sein de l'offre ou de la R&D, dans un environnement de travail multiculturel et multilingue ;
- Vous définissez la stratégie produit : réaliser les analyses de marché, définir le plan produit et la stratégie produit, définir la roadmap et le planning des versions ;
- Vous produisez des services et des solutions : définir les priorités, contrôler la cohérence globale et le respect des jalons projets, assurer la satisfaction client ;
- Vous coordonnez la mise en marché : contribuer à la définition de prix, piloter la relation client, préparer et coordonner les mises en marché en lien avec les différentes parties prenantes ;
- Vous faites du pilotage économique : assurer un suivi économique des offres sous sa responsabilité (plan d'investissement, recettes, rentabilité) ;
- Vous apportez votre support à la vente : contribuer à des missions d'avant-vente ou d'après-vente complexes ;
- Vous établissez des partenariats : initier et maintenir des relations partenariales dans la durée ;
- Vous participez à l'encadrement, la formation et l'accompagnement de la trentaine de collaborateurs composant l'équipe Protect Device (Paris - Toulouse - Inde - Canada).
