Airbus Helicopters recherche un** **Technician Shopfloor Support pour la Coordination technique des Filiales Light Helicopters (f/h)** pour rejoindre notre service Manufacturing Engineering basé à Marignane, France.
Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui travaille sur les produits H125 et H130. Au sein de de l'équipe de techniciens de support de chaine de production, vous serez impliqué(e) dans les résolutions de problèmes techniques, serez en lien avec le secteur préparation dans le but d'améliorer le produit en fonction des informations des clients, de livrer les appareils dans le respect de la sécurité et du délai.

**Support technique Filiales AHI/HELIBRAS**:
- Traitement des Non Conformités des filiales AHI (USA) / HELIBRAS (BRESIL) : Confirmation d'analyses techniques (3.1) / Transfert et animation des actions Bureau d'Etudes à Marignane.
- Alerte protection client interne (3.1b) vers les filiales : Cas détecté à MAR -> Lancement des actions de Protection Filiales (AHI / HELIBRAS).
- Lancement d'actions correctives (3.2) au besoin suivant cas de Non Conformités détectées en filiales (Echange avec la MAP team)
- « Weekly meeting » en anglais avec les filiales pour échanges sur les sujets bloquants, relais d'information (actions correctives).
- Support technique filiales avec échanges techniques, informations et expertises techniques.
- Echanger sur les sujets préparation avec les équipes ayant un lien avec le Change Process, Screening board?
**Support technique kits STC**:
- Prise en compte des analyses techniques / confirmation sur Non Conformités détectées sur STC (Fournisseurs d'équipements STC internationaux).
- Contribution sur des sujets et problématiques techniques remontés au niveau des Kit LAH (Corée) en lien avec le secteur Préparation.
**Support technique PPS1 Final Assembly Line /Flight Line**:
- Point focal PPS1 (contributeur représentants des AET / parcours techniques)
- Participation Weekly routine PPS1
- PPS facilitateur niveau 1.
**Suivi Flux retour de pièces NC Filiales**:
- Vérification visuelle à réception des Pièces Filiales NC / finalisation des analyses techniques avec au besoin des demande de contrôles non destructifs.
- Lancement et suivi des phases de remise en conformité avec possible retour fournisseur (NC).
**Déploiement Outils**:
- Support et formation sur les outils déployés en lien avec AIRBUS HELICOPTERS Marignane (NCM) dans les filiales.
**Suivi / Monitoring des activités filiales**:
- Suivi et analyse des coûts annuels et du nombre de NC Filiales.

- Connaissance des process préparation (Change / Configuration / Commission d'analyse technique « Déviation Permit »?)
