**Missions**:
**Management**:

- Manager les collaborateurs sous sa responsabilité
- Être responsable de l'organisation de l'activité et des plannings d'équipe (congés, astreintes, backups,...)
- Entretenir un bon esprit d'équipe
- Être garant la performance et l'évolution des équipes
- Être relais de communication interne auprès des équipes
- Être force de proposition sur l'évolution des Hommes, des structures, des métiers et des offres
- Réaliser les Entretiens Annuels de vos collaborateurs
- Établir les besoins de formation et certification de ses équipes
- Participer avec le Service Delivery Manager et le Directeur d'infogérance à la maitrise des risques

**Qualité et Suivi opérationnel**:

- Préparer et animer les comités de pilotage
- Vérifier au jour le jour l'atteinte des SLA
- Gérer les incidents majeurs et apporte les solutions nécessaires
- Analyser les tendances et mets en place les actions correctives
- Déployer les plans de progrès et d'amélioration continue réalisés avec le Service Delivery Manager
- Vérifier la conformité des habilitations et aptitudes des équipes
- Établir et fait appliquer les process et procédures
- Produire le reporting à destination des clients
- Animer la veille technologique
- Participer au choix des solutions techniques
- Faire référence au plan d'assurance qualité

**Support commercial**:

- Identifier les opportunités de développement commercial chez le client
- Gérer les demandes aux catalogues de service

Profil recherché

**Profil**:

- Vous possédez un bac +2 et/ou une expérience de minimum 2 ans sur un poste similaire.
- Vous être certifié(e) ITIL.
- Déplacements à prévoir
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d'expression et de présentation.
- Vous avez le sens des responsabilités.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et communiquer.
