The Team

Within the Watch and Jewelry Department, you will join the Merchandising team of the Watchmaking department and will BE in charge of executing the commercial strategy on the High Watchmaking segment.

The missions
Let's take a closer look at what awaits you :

  • Participate in defining the High Watchmaking commercial strategy as well as objectives by zone and distribution channel (events and stores)
  • Drive daily business, its development, and the achievement of quantitative objectives in close collaboration with our 7 zones
  • Ensure the adequacy of product allocations and assortments versus sales objectives to BE achieved
  • Follow up on customer billing in collaboration with the zones
  • Coordinate "Special Orders" : from processing the initial request to customer delivery
  • Define the events calendar, objectives, and associated means (international and regional events, Savoir-Rêver, instore customer activation)
  • Ensure the quality of activations in line with the highest standards of the House
  • Define the customer experience and develop necessary tools in collaboration with the Business Development Manager and support functions (Architecture, VM, Clienteling, Events, etc.)
  • Support zones during events : from preparing teams in advance to closing client negotiations if necessary
  • Animate and support a Watchmaking community in the zone with necessary tools (Learning, Retail Engagement, IT, etc.)
  • Ensure maximum exposure of the category internally and promote collaboration with other High-End professions
Profile

  • You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role (Sales, Retail), ideally in the watchmaking sector
  • International and/or Retail experience is essential, as well as experience with High-End clients
  • You have a strong affinity for the watchmaking universe
  • You are a good communicator with a strong customer orientation
  • You have good analytical skills
  • You are perfectly fluent in written and spoken English
