Achieving Sales Growth- You will implement the sales strategy to achieve our commercial targets, expand market share, and facilitate pathway redesigns that improve access to medical tests in the field of Cardiometabolic, Infectious diseases, Women's health, and Oncology.
- You will develop and deliver a commercial strategy for our advanced diagnostic tests aligned with the business plan, shaping the customer environment, collaborating with key stakeholders, and co-creating pathway redesigns aligned with our test portfolio and the broader Roche solution.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will attract, develop, and retain high-performing team members while promoting a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
Requirements- You hold a degree or have equivalent experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals, with expertise in clinical sales, stakeholder management, and business development.
- A full UK driving licence is required along with the ability to use, manage and coach on CRM systems.
