At STATION F, we are a leading SaaS provider specializing in real-time tracking of e-commerce orders and deliveries, ensuring a seamless and reassuring post-purchase experience for our clients.

We proudly collaborate with over 300 brands across Europe, including prominent digital-native companies.

As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth within our SMB sector. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a comprehensive acquisition strategy (sales and marketing) tailored for the French and broader European markets, including the establishment of strategic partnerships.

This role entails overseeing the sales and marketing team, guiding them towards common goals to ensure cohesive efforts.

We emphasize a culture rooted in data-driven decision-making, high-performance standards, and rigorous recruitment practices to align with our business objectives.

As a member of the Executive Committee, you will significantly influence the strategic direction of STATION F.



Sales & Marketing Strategy:
Define and prioritize acquisition initiatives to meet our targets.

Sales Methodologies:
Implement and uphold a structured sales playbook to effectively navigate the sales cycle.

Lead a high-achieving team: Cultivate a culture of excellence by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier sales and marketing professionals aligned with our strategic goals.

Collaborate with Revenue Operations to forecast, measure, analyze, and report on essential metrics such as sales pipeline, revenue, sales cycle duration, and customer acquisition cost efficiency.

Drive key deals and partnerships: Lead by example, actively engaging with the team on significant deals and taking charge in critical pricing, terms, and contract negotiations to optimize revenue potential.

Successful candidates will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with a proven history of direct B2B SaaS sales to SMBs (partnership experience is a strong advantage).
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in building, motivating, and guiding high-performing sales teams.

Expertise in Demand Generation:

Demonstrated success in working alongside Marketing and Demand Generation teams to strategize and execute initiatives that drive opportunities and advance prospects through the sales funnel.


Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English (native or full professional proficiency) and capable of participating in sales discussions in French (professional proficiency).
