Nous recherchons aujourd'hui notre futur Sales Area Manager (F/H).
Les principales missions sont les suivantes:
- Gestion et développement d'un portefeuille de clients industriels sur la région Ouest et Nord France et Belgique, sur tous les marchés confondus (Offres commerciales, conseils et assistances techniques avec le soutien du service dédié, gestion des litiges, renégociations tarifaires annuelles ) ;
- Recherche et développement de nouveaux potentiels (Marchés, clients, nouveaux produits) ;
- Participation au budget des ventes de la région en collaboration avec le responsable commercial de région ;
- Reporting réguliers (planning des visites, compte rendu de visite, rapport mensuel,) et participation aux réunions de l'équipe ;
- Interface avec les autres services de l'entreprise situés en France et à l'international (services clients, Technique, Marketing, sites industriels) ;
- Participer à la mise en place d'actions ayant pour objectif d'aider le groupe à atteindre son objectif « net zéro carbone » à l'horizon 2030.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- De formation commerciale et/ou technique (mini Bac +3) ;
- Expérience professionnelle confirmée (minimum 5 ans) dans une fonction commerciale dans un secteur industriel (plâtres et gypses industriels : expérience appréciée) ;
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication, d'adaptation aux situations / interlocuteurs et de négociation ;
- Aptitudes relationnelles - Capacité d'adaptation et d'écoute - le travail en équipe ;
- Dynamisme, persévérance et ténacité ;
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques de base ;
- Anglais courant, l'espagnol est un plus.
Des déplacements seront à prévoir.
