CONTEXTE : Notre département R&D est au quotidien dans l'action, la résolution de problèmes et l'innovation de notre solution. L'équipe R&D en charge du développement de notre solution grandit encore afin de garantir la satisfaction d'un nombre de plus en plus important de clients. Dans ce contexte de croissance nous sommes a la recherche d'un Développeur Lead (C#,.NET, SQL Server) F/H afin de travailler sur le développement de notre module CLM et de manager une équipe de développeurs.
RÔLE : Vous rejoindrez une équipe scrum et participez à la conception et au développement de notre solution Web, basée sur C#,.NET, SQL.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ CHEZ NOUS
- Travailler sur les création, les évolutions et la maintenance relatives au module Contract Lifecycle Management de notre solution,
- Manager une équipe de 6 développeurs,
- Participer á la conception technique et au développement afin de faire évoluer les modules de notre solution Ivalua,
- Dans le cadre de la méthodologie Agile, vous êtes un membre proactif de l'équipe,
- Travailler étroitement avec de multiples équipes comme celle du Customer Support dans le cadre des montées de versions et des configurations du module.
VOTRE PROFIL
Si vous avez l'expérience et les compétences ci-dessous, ce rôle pourrait être pour vous.
Compétences et Expérience :
- Vous avez une formation Bac +5 en informatique,
- Vous avez une expérience de minimum 7 ans dans le développement d'applications d'entreprise (de la conception á la mise en oeuvre de solutions basées sur une architecture microservices),
- Vous disposez d'une compréhension approfondie des principaux design patterns,
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans la maintenance d'architectures de code robustes et évolutives en utilisant les meilleures pratiques et les technologies web modernes,
- Vous avez de solides connaissances en C #.NET et SQL / TSQL,
- Vous disposez d'une expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets techniques et le management d'équipe,
- Des compétences en JavaScript, TypeScript et React sont un plus,
- Vous avez une sensibilité UX utilisateur et une bonne compréhension du fonctionnel.
