As part of its growth, Free2Move Tunisia is looking for Key Account Booking agents to strengthen its teams.
Your missions :
- Answer incoming calls from agencies requiring additional vehicles.
- Answer incoming calls from B2B clients requiring a car rental reservation.
- Search in the BO for a car to meet the client's needs, whether in the F2M clean fleet or at an agency.
- If necessary, search for a car from external rental companies such as Thrifty.
- Create the reservation and inform the client (agency or B2B) of the availability of the car.
- Manage extensions and returns in the BO.
- Invoice the client in case IT is an agency.
Expected skills :
- British English, comfortable both orally and in writing
- Basic knowledge of the rental and billing profession ideally
- Very comfortable with computer tools
- Ability to work with high quality standards, autonomously and in a team.
- Strong communication skills, as you will often communicate by phone.
- Strong customer orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
