Il recherche un.e Country Manager pour la France H/F (Full Remote)
**Le poste**:
Vous allez relever plusieurs challenges:
- Reconstruire et gérer les équipes de vente et marketing en France, en se concentrant sur les ultra-sons.
- Établir et suivre des plans de vente stratégiques pour pénétrer et développer le marché.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les leaders d'opinion, les médecins et les professionnels de santé pour promouvoir la technologie unique de l'entreprise.
- Gérer et optimiser les canaux de vente directs et indirects.
- Superviser la création d'un nouveau marché auprès d'une nouvelle cible de clientèle.
**Profil recherché**:
Vous avez un formation Bac+5 avec une spécialisation en gestion ou ingénierie.
Point incontournable : vous avez une solide expertise commerciale en imagerie par ultrasons dans le domaine médical
Vous avez des Compétences avérées en gestion d'équipe et vous maîtrisez l'environnement des centrales d'achats de la santé.
Flexibilité, leadership, intrapreneur avec une forte capacité à travailler dans un environnement international.
Maîtrise de l'anglais
Fourchette de salaire:
Fixe : 76 K€ + variable (type 87 / 95 K€+ au global) + Véhicule
