About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at ASSOS of Switzerland GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the South of France, as well as maintaining and enhancing our existing dealer network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the South of France, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing dealer network, ensuring they have the necessary product, information, and skills to support the growth of the ASSOS brand.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned retail partners, regularly visiting and telephoning them to discuss sales strategies and provide support.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the In-Store Excellence team to understand product focus, in-store point-of-purchase material, and windows opportunities.
  • Train store staff on the maintenance of branded spaces and ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively sell ASSOS products.
  • Develop and implement seasonal sell-in campaigns to drive sales and stock management with the dealers' involvement and buy-in.
Requirements
  • Exceptional sales skills and a proven track record of success in a sales role.
  • High aptitude for planning and analysis, with strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookups, formulae building).
  • Experience working with enterprise software systems and a strong understanding of CRM platforms.
  • Fluent in English and French (both oral and written skills).
  • Knowledge of a B2B CRM platform like Salesforce is an advantage.
