**Missions**

Toujours plus haut, plus loin, c'est notre ambition Pour poursuivre notre ascension nous recrutons notre futur.e Account Manager

Vous aurez pour objectif de faire croitre le chiffre d'affaires de la société. Pour ce faire, vous serez en charge de la prospection de nouveaux comptes, de la gestion des leads entrants et de l'upsell au sein de notre portefeuille de clients existants
- Prospecter, organiser et participer aux rendez-vous clients
- Développer le portefeuille client existant
- Réaliser les briefs clients et recueillir leurs besoins
- Concevoir, avec les équipes en place, les propositions techniques et commerciales répondant aux cahiers des charges clients
- Identifier la meilleure stratégie de réponse aux appels d'offres en collaboration avec les forces de vente et équipes de réalisation
- Coordonner les activités composant les cycles avant-ventes, tout en respectant les processus de l'entreprise
- Développer une relation étroite avec vos clients et organiser des points de suivi réguliers
- Manager et suivre l'activité de vos consultants en mission
- Réaliser des reporting réguliers sur votre avancement et votre performance
- Participer à divers évènements clients

**Profil**
- Grand sens commercial / Culture du résultat et de la performance / Négociation
- **Expérience(s) solide(s) au sein de l'écosystème Salesforce**:

- Fortes capacités relationnelles
- Grande réactivité et sens de l'initiative
- Méthode, rigueur, organisation et créativité

Rémunération : 50 000,00€ à ,00€ par an
