A Collaboration Client Partner plays a vital role as a sales professional who collaborates with service teams to pinpoint, cultivate, and finalize systems integration, Managed Service, and outsourcing agreements. Key focuses include becoming a services expert, establishing as the client's trusted managed services advisor, utilizing consultative sales skills to engage decision-makers, aligning on business outcome driven solutions, and sustaining client commitment to our services for increased sales opportunities. Moreover, nurturing robust stakeholder relationships, comprehending clients and their respective industries, and shepherding client conversion to managed services for prolonged renewals are fundamental aspects of this position.

Working at NTT

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Find new clients for NTT offerings under your purview (Collaboration, Contact center, and managed services).
  • Cultivate relationships with key partners (Cisco, Microsoft, Genesys).
  • Collaborate with other company services to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Achieve or surpass commercial objectives set by management.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of NTT France offerings.
  • Ensure CRM data (Salesforce) is up to date.
  • Possess necessary legal knowledge for contract negotiations with clients and framing conditions as value exchanges.

Educational Background and Certifications:

  • A degree in a technical or business field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Negotiation skills methodologies.
  • Solution sales expertise.

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in solutions and managed services within large accounts, typically involving complex solutions and services sales to enterprise leaders.
  • Evidence of structuring significant and profitable contracts over multiple years.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with clients at all levels, especially the C-suite.
  • Experience in managing the entire sales process, contract negotiation, and legal implications of a transaction.
