Vous intégrerez un service composé de 10 collaborateurs. Quotidiennement, ils travaillent sur différents aspects des développements logiciels pour les moyens sols.
Vous intégrerez les équipes projets pour concevoir et développer les produits logiciels, puis participer à leur validation. Le recul que vous saurez prendre et la montée en compétence que vous saurez acquérir vous permettra de devenir rapidement responsable technique sur un sous-ensemble des logiciels développés au sein du service.
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions de Technical Leader, vos principales missions seront:
- Assurer le développement des produits logiciels confiés (Spécification, Développement, IVV),
- Suivi des anomalies et des évolutions,
- Remonter l'ensemble des informations clés à votre responsables projets (charge/capacité, jalons, qualité des entrées),
- Participer aux revues,
- Animer les différents points techniques.
- Contribuer au support « Base Arrière » lors des phases de campagne finale en base avant
Qualification
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation de type Bac+5 en développement logiciel ou en électronique
Vous avez une première expérience dans ce domaine (3/5 ans)
Vous avez des compétences en développement logiciel et des connaissances techniques en programmation (Java, C/C++, Linux, Teststand)
Vous avez compétences en analyse et synthèse des besoins, en coordination et en validation, ainsi que des compétences en systèmes électriques ou électroniques
Vous êtes sensibilisé aux méthodes agiles et au scrum.
Vous avez un état d'esprit collaboratif, avez de bonnes capacités d'intégration et d'adaptation.
Vous avez un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
Vous faite preuve de rigueur et d'autonomie, et êtes force de proposition avec un esprit critique
