Poste et missions
Vous rejoignez l'équipe Enterprise Risk & Regulatory Oversight (ERO) en tant qu'analyste expert des risques ESG relatifs aux activités de Natixis.
Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de :
Mettre en place et animer l'organisation cible ESG au sein de la fonction Risk ; Assurer un suivi rapproché au CRO des problématiques ESG sur le périmètre GFS et servir de point de contact vis-à-vis de la Direction des Risques Climatiques Groupe ; Coordonner les travaux d'intégration des facteurs de risques E, S et G dans les processus de risques, en lien avec les autres départements risques ainsi que les plateformes ; Être référent Risques vis-à-vis des autres fonctions Natixis (Sustainability, Finance, Compliance, Business...) sur les problématiques ESG ; Assurer les revues annuelles de matérialité des risques ESG dans le cadre du RAF. Être force de proposition sur les indicateurs de risques appropriés, calibration de seuils et limites associésVous avez un fort esprit d'équipe et faites preuve d'une grande rigueur dans l'établissement et le suivi des plans d'actions. En tant que coordinateur des travaux ESG, vous travaillez de manière rapprochée avec la communauté d'experts désignés par les autres départements de risques, ainsi que les éventuelles compétences projet mises à disposition par ERM/RMP. Vous savez à ce titre donner une vision commune, insuffler du mouvement et faire le suivi, faire émerger les points d'accord et remonter les éventuels désaccords pour arbitrage.
Vous travaillez dans un environnement international, au sein d'une communauté d'experts qui place l'excellence, l'impact et l'action collective au cœur de tout ce qu'elle entreprend.
Profil et compétences requises
À propos de vous : Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description suivante, vous êtes fait pour travailler avec nous
De formation supérieure, vous disposez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions liées aux risques et/ou à la finance durable, idéalement avec une certification sur les problématiques ESG.
Vous maîtrisez :
• Les modalités et processus liés à l'appréciation des risques de crédit ;
• Les canaux de transmission des facteurs de risques ESG ;
• Les fondamentaux de la mesure des autres risques usuels (marché, opérationnel, etc.) ;
• Le contexte et les attendus réglementaires relatifs aux risques E, S ou G ;
• Les notions générales liées aux risques d'entreprise (RAF, ICAAP, ILAAP).
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes :
• Fédérateur, soucieux de maintenir une bonne relation de travail ;
• Excellent communicant ;
• Force de proposition.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau B2.
