- Notre hôtel ** de 189 chambres est idéalement situé sur le Vieux-Port de Marseille. Il dispose de 11 salles de séminaire réparties sur 732 mètres carrés, et d'un restaurant bien connu " le Quai du 7ème" qui propose une cuisine de qualité type brasserie et un emplacement idéal sur la terrasse du Vieux-Port.

**Vos principales missions seront les suivantes**:
- Soutenir les plans et objectifs stratégiques du département des réunions et événements et de toutes les opérations de l'hôtel
- Contribuer à l'organisation et au bon déroulement des évènements (réunions, évènements corporate, évènements privés, banquet ) et séjours des groupes (entreprises ou particuliers) dans le respect des standards et des directives du service, de l'hôtel Radisson Blu et du groupe RHG
- Être garant de l'expérience client et la satisfaction client, grâce à un relationnel et une communication de qualité
- Assurer la coordination opérationnelle avec les différents services impliqués (restauration, réception, housekeeping, technique, prestataires externes )
- Identifier les opportunités d'augmenter les ventes pour chaque réservation, afin de générer des revenus pour le département.
- Assurer les visites commerciales de l'hôtel
- S'assurer de l'achèvement de tous les détails finaux relatifs à toutes les réunions, événements et réservations de groupe (feuilles de fonction, feuille de route, rooming list )
- Facturation : Suivi et relance des acomptes, ajustement des devis/ factures proforma, facturation finale des dossiers, traitement des commissions

- Passion pour l'industrie hôtelière
- Vous êtes organisé(e), souriant(e) et polyvalent(e)
- Maîtriser l'environnement Windows, les nouvelles technologies, et idéalement avoir déjà travaillé sur un logiciel hôtelier
- Maîtriser le français et l'anglais parfaitement, une troisième langue est appréciée
