**Vos missions**:
Votre objectif sera de chapoter les prestataires, les locataires, la co-propriété ainsi que les sous-traitant. Vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Veiller à l'occupation du parc immobilier et piloter la commercialisation des locaux vacants
- Gérer les procédures contentieuses et pré-contentieuses
- Superviser la gestion comptable des immeubles et planifier les régularisations de charges annuelles
- Participer aux budgets annuels et aux reportings trimestriels auprès de chaque client
- Mettre en œuvre la politique de valorisation du patrimoine définie par le propriétaire
- Assurer la surveillance de la gestion technique au titre des travaux d'entretien et de rénovation

**Votre profil**:
- Votre parcours : Ecole de commerce ou d'ingénieur général (ESTP) avec Master Gestion de Projets
- Vous pouvez justifier d'une expérience professionnelle de 1 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire à dimension Commerciale
- Bon relationnel
- Permis B obligatoire
