Poste : Pour cette opportunité de Head of Data Lab & Software Factory, vos missions seront variées :

  • Piloter une équipe composée d'experts techniques tels que Devops, Experts Kafka, Data Engineer, Développeurs, à accompagner sur la partie technique et l'évangélisation au sein du Groupe,
  • Apporter de l'accompagnement et du support sur les produits développés en interne et à l'international,
  • Garantir les engagements et la qualité de service,
  • Prendre en main les sujets d'innovation au sein du Groupe, notamment sur l'éco-conception, la cybersécurité et la gouvernance IA.

Votre quotidien mêle bonnes pratiques, design, développement technique, management, support, veille technologique, suivi et reporting, gestion des budgets.

Profil : Diplômé d'un Bac + 5 minimum, idéalement d'une école d'Ingénieur, avec :

  • Expérience en management d'équipes techniques, développement, Data Engineering, Devops,
  • Connaissance avancée de Kafka,
  • 7 ans d'expérience dans un environnement technique similaire (Kafka, Java, CI/CD, Devsecops, Data engineering),
  • Passion pour l'IA et les innovations technologiques,
  • Anglais courant.
