Abby, c'est une start-up créée à Nancy par 4 amis qui ont un seul et même objectif : réinventer l'entrepreneuriat indépendant en France

Le principe ? Permettre à n'importe quel entrepreneur de structurer son activité, se faire payer, gérer sa comptabilité et ses taxes ainsi que d'organiser son travail au travers d'outils de productivité.

Abby, c'est également une communauté de plus de entrepreneurs qui effectuent des milliers d'interactions, posts et commentaires chaque jour.

En tant que Customer support agent, tu auras pour mission:

- Rendre l'expérience d'accompagnement de nos clients toujours plus incroyable en les accompagnant au quotidien et en répondant à leurs questions.
- Maintenir la satisfaction de nos clients au plus haut en étant réactif et perspicace via notre canal de communication principal : Intercom
- Être les yeux et les oreilles de notre équipe produit et nous permettre de tracer une vision la plus juste et claire possible.
- Au-delà de ces missions, tu pourras également aider l'équipe, selon ton profil et ta motivation, sur plein d'autres sujets. Tu feras partie d'un collectif soudé et déterminé à offrir un service client au top

L'équipe dans laquelle tu vas évoluer est en pleine expansion. D'abord accompagnée de notre Head of support Patricia, tu seras ensuite rejoint par 3 nouveaux équipiers d'ici à la fin de l'année. Ce poste a un rôle clé pour nous : Tu seras acteur de notre satisfaction, notre capacité à anticiper les besoins de nos clients et bien évidemment, du développement de notre chiffre d'affaires.

On va regarder ton expérience professionnelle, tes compétences et surtout ta personnalité. Chez nous, les diplômes importent peu.

On attend de toi que tu sois à l'écoute et intéressé.e par l'écosystème dans lequel tu évolues. Capable d'apprendre continuellement, tu sauras toujours mieux accompagner les utilisateurs qui nous permettent de vivre cette aventure.
- Tu es enthousiaste, , et ça se ressent dans tes interactions au quotidien.
- Les sujets de comptabilité et facturation ne te font pas peur. Ce qui compte c'est d'apprendre et évoluer.
- Tu es autonome et capable d'initiative. Un client te pose une colle ? Tu cherches d'abord à te renseigner et à comprendre avant d'aller plus loin.
- Tu t'exprimes bien à l'écrit. Ton rédactionnel et ton orthographe permettent à tout le monde de te comprendre clairement.
- Pour performer, un collectif a besoin d'être soudé. Tu sais travailler et t'épanouir en équipe.

**LE PROCESSUS DE RECRUTEMENT**

Dès que tu auras postulé, tu recevras 3 petits exercices à réaliser dans un temps imparti. Pas de stress, c'est toi qui décides quand commencer. L'objectif pour nous est de tester si tu as les bases en relation client.
- Ensuite tu rencontreras notre super Head of support, Patricia. Ce sera l'occasion de parler de tes expériences passées, tes ambitions professionnelles et de tes talents.
- Après ça, tu réaliseras un échange de 30 minutes avec Nicolas, CEO et co-fondateur de Abby.
