**Quel sera votre rôle ?**

Au sein du pôle **Performance des opérations** en Ile-de-France, **250 experts en qualité et pilotage de projet** vous serez intégré(e) dans une équipe projet en tant que **Project Management Officer F/H.**

Encadré par le/la Delivery Manager, au quotidien, vous allez:

- **Gérer **des risques en analysant et en priorisant ces derniers et en participant à la mise en place des actions de réduction;
- **Gérer** des attentes/opportunités client en analysant le besoin et en effectuant un esynthèse à destination de son manager Scalian;
- **Réaliser des missions/livrables** en analysant et en remontant les écarts et en préparant une synthèse à destination du responsable Scalian (potentiellement en vue d'une présentation client, Copil);
- **Effectuer** le reporting Mission en analysant les données en vue de proposer au Responsable Scalian des actions;
- **Déployer le référentiel qualité** : en contrôlant et en analysant les KPIS's d'un projet et/ou d'un portefeuille de projets et en alertant le chef de projet;
- **Planifier et piloter** des projets en suivant l'avancement d'un ou de plusieurs projets. Vous allez identifier le chemin critique et informer le chef de projet/client;
- **Gérer le budget** du projet en contrôlant l'avancement budgétaire et en proposant des optimisations au chef de projet/client en cas de dérive budgétaire.

**Ce que nous recherchons chez vous**:
De formation Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur ou universitaire), vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience réussie dans le pilotage de projet dans un secteur industriel.
- Vous avez le sens du service et du conseil client et vous êtes orienté( e ) résultats et sens de l'engagement;
- Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire, dans la gestion de projet;
- Vous avez une forte capacité de synthèse pour trier et priorise les éléments pertinents dans une somme d'informations pour prendre les décisions ou mener des actions adaptées;
- Vous êtes force de proposition et moteur dans la réalisation du projet;
- Idéalement vous maîtrisez un ou plusieurs outils de pilotage de projet: Planisware/Primavera etc;
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe, particulièrement le partage de connaissances pour faciliter la montée en compétences.
