Key Responsibilities- Project Structuring: Participate in the structuring of projects according to contract typology.
- Program Management: Pilot the advancement of programs and manage deadlines, including planning, identifying critical paths, and analyzing margins and optimization.
- Cost Management: Manage costs, including expenses, remaining work, and cost evaluation at project completion.
- Resource Management: Manage program capacity, including resource allocation and analysis of needs between program teams and departments.
- Reporting and Communication: Develop and maintain a dashboard with clear project status and provide regular updates and summaries as needed.
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Analyze deviations and propose solutions for improvement or optimization of project management methods and tools.
- Interface Management: Serve as the project manager's interface within a matrix organization, ensuring program performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Bac+5) or equivalent Master's degree.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Manager Officer in the industrial sector.
- Language Skills: Professional English language skills, with the ability to communicate and exchange with clients.
- Tools and Software: Proficiency in project planning and management tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, Planisware, Sciforma, or equivalent.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
