Are you looking to play a pivotal role in leveraging technology that elevate employee experience, improve data accuracy and security, enable data-driven decision-making and ultimately enhance organizational efficiency and improve business performance?If you feel excited about it, this HRIS Manager role may just be the one for you.Adopter of Workday solution since 2019, we are looking for a HRIS Manager with advanced Workday knowledge and in-depth of understanding of HR Operations to support implementation and improvement projects across 8 companies around the world. Functionalities covered: HCM Core, Compensation (CR), Absences, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent Development (Goals Setting, Performance Review & Talent Review). HRIS System Management Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday including design for business process configuration, security and administration. Network across functional areas within HR and across the Group to provide input into new processes, procedures and training that will shape the way the team operates now and in the future. Deliver system enhancements and help manage the cyclical Workday update processes / tenant maintenance processes. Partner and communicate with the HR Teams for new releases, testing and implementation. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all People systems, and partner with IT for integrations to other functional systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Payroll, Active Directory, PowerBi, Expensya, L-Acoustics Website,...). Manage our network of partners (Mercer, B&B...). Project Management Lead on configuration design and development for Workday based initiatives: (data structures, Business Processes, and security role design). Plan the provisioning, testing of new versions of system software and contributing to the definition and rollout of support models. Lead discussions with Workday on new functionality and assess impact of deploying new functionality. Identify and address any security or data quality issue that could compromise the overall master people data management. Develop standard operating procedures and user guides, testing, training, data cleansing, system setup, and management. Reporting, Data Analysis & Support Develop or optimize reporting capability by configuring, generating and maintaining dashboards & reports as per business requirements and in line with data strategy. Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues and fix defects in a timely manner. Provide level 2 support for all HR system modules (HCM, Time & Absence, Talent Management, Recruiting) including, but not limited to, researching, identifying, and resolving complex Workday issues, unexpected results and process flaws. Coordinate with IT to resolve application issues. Brand Visibility & Community Animation Participate to Workday events to position L-ACOUSTICS as a best-in class Workday user (RUG) Partner and build relationships with internal stakeholders to advance WD adoption and ease of use and ultimately create a L-ACOUSTICS Workday community. Continuously interact with Workday Ecosystem and Certified Partners to ensure you are aware of future enhancements and influence our internal technology roadmap.Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field A minimum of 5 years experience with the Workday platform. Workday certification is preferred. Strong knowledge on Project Management principles. Tech savvy. Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization. English in order to collaborate with our US, UK, German and Singaporean based companies.-
