Your key responsibilities will include:
Contribute to a positive employee experience, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment by maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations (in France) as well as creating and updating policies Provide counsel and guidance to managers and employees regarding company policies and procedures, as well as on organization change management, employee relations, performance management and employee development. Work in partnership with the People Business Partners to support people initiatives and projects. Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances Conduct various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary matters As required, contribute to the rollout of People projects and initiatives Will be dedicated to the support of Moody's Investors ServiceAs a People Regional Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

Dedicated support to Moody's Investors Service. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years' experience in a generalist HR environment, gained within the global financial services sector and will possess the following qualifications and experience:
