Night Manager

Vos principales missions en tant que Night Manager:
- Vous êtes garant de l'accueil des clients, de la sécurité des biens et des personnes ainsi que du bon fonctionnement de l'établissement pendant la nuit (en collaboration avec l'assistant de nuit que vous dirigerez).
- Vous êtes en charge du standard téléphonique et de la prise de réservations.
- Vous traitez en collaboration avec l'Assistant de Nuit tous les demandes des clients présents à l'hôtel (conciergerie, room service, réveils, demandes de linge et produits d'accueil supplémentaires etc ).
- Vous effectuez la clôture de la journée, l'édition des rapports de clôture, les encaissements.'
- Vous êtes en charge de mettre à jour et de contrôler les comptes des différents services ainsi que d'établir un rapport de l'activité du jour.
- Vous veillez à la sécurité de l'hôtel et des clients et appliquez les consignes et procédures de sécurité.
- Vous surveillez les entrées et sorties de l'hôtel.
- Vous vous assurez du bon état permanent de la réception et du hall d'accueil (propreté, ordre).
- Vous êtes responsable en l'absence des responsables de la réception, de l'ensemble des activités de l'hôtel.
- Vous contribuez à l'expérience client « Sinner » et vous représentez la Direction en son absence.
Horaires de travail en continu de nuit Rythme 4/3
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens du service, du contact et votre esprit d'équipe.
- Vous avez de bonnes notions de gestion et travaillez avec minutie et rigueur.
- Vous savez appréhender rapidement votre environnement et avez un réel sens des responsabilités.
- Vous maitrisez les standards de service et de comportement d'établissements 5 étoiles.
- Vous avez une expérience professionnelle significative dans un/des établissements 5 étoiles.
- Vous parlez anglais couramment et dans l'idéal une seconde langue.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'outil informatique et au minimum un logiciel hôtelier.
