Au sein de l'équipe PCR, vous participerez aux missions suivantes:
Private Clienteling:
- Participation aux 7 événements internationaux majeurs (Fashions Shows ) : organisation et logistique, commande et livraison de packs de bienvenue, communication avec les zones pour les guider tout au long du processus de nomination et coordination entre les différents départements afin de construire un programme d'accueil.
- Coordination avec les zones et les partenaires LVMH pour coordonner les visites de clients à Paris et en Europe tout au long de l'année ; souci du détail et orientation client sont des atouts clés.
- Assistance à l'animation d'une plateforme numérique d'expériences LVMH.
- Communiquer avec différents fournisseurs/partenaires externes pour évaluer et réserver leurs services, en charge du suivi et de la facturation.
- Assistance pour le reporting des événements, y compris l'analyse des coûts.
Store actions:
- Compilation des feed-back pour chaque thème In Store Event (contact direct avec les zones, analyse des événements et formulation des apprentissages clés) sur une base régulière.
- Développement et gestion du catalogue de cadeaux clients (relations avec les marchés, studios, fournisseurs internes et externes, suivi des stocks )
- Maintenance et animation du site SharePoint Store Action : mise à jour régulière des documents nécessaires et collecte des informations sur les fonctionnalités, proposition de mises à niveau après les discussions de zone.
- Stylist Program : recueillir des commentaires et des résultats dans l'ensemble des zones, y compris des analyses pour évaluer le succès de l'embauche de stylistes (suivi des taux de conversion des clients et du rachat) et des apprentissages clés deux fois par an.
- Partenariats : participation aux réunions avec les partenaires (pour recruter de nouveaux partenaires, développer nos relations ) et analyse trimestrielle des résultats des événements de partenariat mis en place avec les zones.
- Analyse concurrentielle des événements en magasin : recueillir des renseignements auprès des zones, des pays et effectuer des recherches en ligne afin de comprendre le contexte concurrentiel clair dans lequel nos magasins fonctionnent
Administratif:
- Contribuer à la mise en forme des référentiels Evénements magasins et des présentations de zones.
- Gestion de l'expédition ou de la livraison des échantillons/invitations etc
- Collecter des informations sur la concurrence et le secteur du luxe.

PROFILE
Étudiant.e en Master d'école de commerce ou universitaire avec une spécialisation en Marketing/Communication.
, organisé.e, ré et motivé.e, vous avez un bon sens relationnel et savez-vous rendre disponible.
Passionné.e par la mode, dynamique, vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de maturité et êtes force de proposition.
Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office. Votre niveau d'Anglais est courant (une troisième langue serait un plus).
