Nous recrutons un(e) **Business Manager** pour l'un de nos clients, l'un des leaders français des sociétés d'ingénierie et de conseil en électronique, en informatique technique et industrielle.

**MISSIONS**

En collaboration avec la **Direction de l'agence parisienne**, vous participez activement au **développement de l'entreprise**.

Votre **excellent relationnel** vous permet de **fidéliser** et de **développer de nouvelles affaires** avec les clients existants qui vous sont confiés. Vous reprenez notamment la **gestion de l'un des plus grands comptes** de l'entreprise.

Doté d'un **tempérament commercial**, vous élargissez également votre portefeuille client par la **prospection** de nouveaux comptes.

**Spécialiste de la vente conseil**, vous aimez appréhender les **enjeux** globaux de vos clients. Votre appétence pour la **technologie** vous permet d'être **force de proposition** et de définir au mieux les offres d'accompagnement au forfait ou en centre de services pour ces derniers.

Enfin, votre **esprit d'équipe**, vous permet de **constituer** et **d'animer** votre **équipe de Consultants**, en participant au process de recrutement des futurs collaborateurs. En tant que **leader**, vous **managez et fidélisez vos collaborateurs**, vous assurez le **suivi** de leurs missions et leur **évolution**.

**PROFIL RECHERCHE**

De formation Bac+5 en **Ecole de commerce ou Ecole d'Ingénieur**, vous justifiez d'une expérience **de commercial **d'au moins **5 ans en ESN, **en vente de prestations d'ingénierie dans l'électronique professionnelle ou le développement de logiciel.

Vous parlez couramment **anglais**.

Vous possédez un réel **intérêt pour la technique**, qui vous permet d'appréhender des projets et prestations complexes. Vous possédez une **base technique solide** en logiciel et en matériel.

Vous êtes **curieux(se),** **dynamique**, adoptez une **démarche proactive** et ne craignez pas **d'aller sur le terrain** à la rencontre de vos clients et partenaires.
