Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Sarthe/Maine-et-Loire region. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and present sales proposals and pitches to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of the local business landscape and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
